  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 4 frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed meal (Optional)

How to Make Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

  1. A very simple way to make this smoothie is just blend ice cubes, avocado, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, orange juice, honey, and flax seed meal together in the blender until it become smooth.
