I use to make regular rolls occasionally at home until I found this cabbage roll recipe. I make this roll and it is as good as other regular rolls and a lot easier than the other ones. So friends, without wasting any time let’s start making it.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients for making Cabbage Roll Casserole

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 (29 ounce) can of tomato sauce
  • 3 ½ pounds of chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup of uncooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans of beef broth

How to Make Cabbage Roll Casserole

  1. First of all, preheat oven to the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Now in a large skillet, brown beef in the oil over the medium high heat until the redness is gone. Drain off the fat.
  3. After that, in a large mixing bowl combine the tomato sauce, cabbage, onion, rice and salt. Add the meat and mix them all together. Pour the mixture into 9×13 inches of baking dish. Pour the broth over the meat mixture & bake in the preheated oven, covered, for around 1 hour. Stir and replace the cover and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
