Ingredients for Chili Lime Chicken Kabobs

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Skewers
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • One teaspoon of chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • Cayenne pepper as per your taste
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper as per your taste
  • 1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into the 1 and 1/2 inch pieces

How to Make Chili Lime Chicken Kabobs

  1. First of all, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, and lime juice. Season with the paprika, chili powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. After that place the chicken in the shallow baking dish with sauce, and stir to the coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 to 70 minutes.
  3. Now preheat the grill for the medium-high heat flame. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, and discard marinade.
  4. In the end, lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the skewers for 10- 15 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear properly.
