Choco Chip Yogurt Cake Recipe

This is a perfect recipe for anytime even for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From children to adults, everyone loves this Choco Chip Yogurt Cake. So, let’s start making this delicious cake.
Ingredients for Choco Chip Yogurt Cake
- Cooking spray
- 2/3 cup of margarine or butter
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour for cake plus 1 tablespoon of flour for dusting the pan
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup of semisweet chocolate chip
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
How to Make Choco Chip Yogurt Cake
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Now, in a large bowl, blend butter with sugar until creamy & smooth.
- Using stand mixer or hand, add the eggs, and beat them well.
- After that, in a medium bowl, mix the baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the sugar and butter mixture. Mix them well.
- Now, add the yogurt to the mixture & beat until blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Then, pour the ingredients into a greased & floured 8-inch by a 10-inch baking pan.
- Bake it in a 350 F oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
- After 35 minutes, remove it from the oven & lightly dust the top with powdered sugar.
