Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Today we are going to make Chocolate Cheesecake featuring creamy chocolate cheesecake filling with chocolate cookie crust, which can be easily made with basic ingredients which can be easily available in any kitchen. So, let’s start making Chocolate Cheesecake.
Ingredients for Chocolate Cheesecake
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup of finely crushed graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
- 1 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of full-fat cream
How to Make Chocolate Cheesecake
- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Spray a spring form pan with the nonstick spray.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press them into the bottom of the spring form pan.
- Now, in a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and cream cheese. Beat them until it become creamy.
- Add the flour & mix well.
- Then, beat the eggs in a small bowl. After that, add them to the flour mixture and cream cheese.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in double boiler.
- Now, slowly add chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and beat it until well blended.
- Add the cream and vanilla and mix them well.
- And then pour the mixture into the spring form pan over graham cracker crumb crust.
- Place the filled spring form pan into the larger pan with approximately 2 inches of water level.
- And then bake for approximately 45- 50 minutes and remove from the oven when the time over and then allow it to cool to the room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Serve it cold.
