Black Magic Cake

Ingredients for Making Chocolate Cupcakes

  • 1 ⅓ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 1 ½ cups of white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon of vanilla extract1 cup milk

How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes

  • First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with the paper or foil liners. And then sift together the flour, baking soda, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Now in a large bowl, cream together the butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add then add eggs one at a time, beating well all of them, then stirs in the vanilla. After that, add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat it well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • In the end, bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean and clear. Now frost with your favorite frosting when it cool down.
