Ingredients for Making Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ pound cof horizo sausage, casings removed and crumbled
  • ½ cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 green seeded and diced chile pepper
  • Four eggs
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

  1. First of all coat a large frying pan with the cooking spray. Cook and stir the chorizo over medium high flame heat until well browned in color and crumbled. Add onion & chile pepper, and continue the cooking until onion is tender.
  2. After that beat eggs in a bowl, and add to the chorizo mixture. Reduce the heat to medium-low flame, and continue the cooking and stirring until the eggs are scrambled and no longer runny.
  3. In the end, warm flour tortillas in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Spoon the mixture into the middle of each tortilla and top with the shredded Cheddar cheese. Now roll up like a burrito, and enjoy. Have fun.
