  • 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus spears, trimmed them and cut in 2-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup of raisins
  • ¼ cup of red wine

How to Make Divine Asparagus

  • First of all melt the butter in a large skillet over medium flame heat. And then saute garlic in the butter until it fragrant. Now add the asparagus, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour it in the wine, after that add the raisins.
  • Now cook by uncovered until the wine evaporated and asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes. Make sure to serve it hot.
