This recipe is very quick and easy to make. This is an Indian take on the scrambled eggs. It is best enjoyed with the toasted bread and a cup of chai/coffee in the morning. And you know something I just had egg bhurji with plain parantha.

Ingredients for making Egg Bhurji

  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • One teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • Salt as per your taste
  • ½ cup of finely chopped onion
  • 3 green chili peppers, sliced
  • 2 large eggs

How to Make Egg Bhurji

  1. First of all, heat the oil in a skillet over the medium heat flame; add turmeric, coriander, garam masala, and salt. Cook & stir the onion and green chili peppers in the seasoned oil until the onion is slightly tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. In the end, crack the eggs into the skillet & season with salt and then cook and stir until the eggs are set and scrambled, about 4-55 minutes.
