Ingredients for Italian Frittata

  • ½ cup of diced salami
  • ½ cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can of sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 6 eggs
  • ⅓ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 green chopped onions
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Ground black pepper as per your taste
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • ⅓ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Italian Frittata

  1. First of all, preheat oven to the 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and grease a shallow 2-quart of baking dish.
  2. Now heat a skillet over the medium heat; cook & stir artichokes, salami, tomatoes, and mushrooms until it heated through, for about 4-5 minutes. Transfer the salami mixture to baking dish.
  3. After that, whisk the eggs, green onions, milk, garlic, onion powder, basil, salt, and black pepper in the large bowl; pour eggs over the salami mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  4. In the end, bake them until eggs are set and cheese is melted, for about 20-22 minutes.
