Ingredients for Keto Pecan Crusted Pork Chops in the Air Fryer

  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • Salt and ground black pepper as per your taste
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, around 3/4-inch thick
  • Cooking spray
  • One egg
  • 1 ½ cups of finely chopped raw pecans
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

How to Make Keto Pecan Crusted Pork Chops in the Air Fryer

  1. First of all, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C), for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now combine the cinnamon, cloves, salt, cardamom, and pepper in a small bowl. Add egg & whisk until all the ingredients are well combined. Place the pecans on a plate.
  3. After that, dip each of the pork chops into the egg mixture, and then set on plate with the pecans, pressing the pecans firmly onto both sides until it coated. Spray the chops on the both sides with cooking spray & place in air fryer basket.
  4. In the end, cook in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes. And turn the chops carefully with the tongs and air fry until the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 5-6 minutes longer. Serve it warm, garnished with the fresh parsley.
