Ingredients for Maple Zucchini Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons maple flavored extract
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

How to Make Maple Zucchini Bread

  1. First of all, in a mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs; add oil, sugars & flavoring, mixing them until it become foamy. Blend it in the flour, baking powder, wheat germ, soda, and the salt. Stir in the zucchini and nuts. Pour the batter into two greased bread pans.
  2. Now bake at the 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 1 hour. And then let it cool down, and then you can eat.
