Nutty Carrot Cake Recipe

With outstanding flavors, and milk, cheese, vanilla makes it the best ever nutty carrot cake which is very easy to make. So, let’s start making it.
Ingredients for Nutty Carrot Cake
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of canola oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon of allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2-1/2 of cup grated carrots
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
Ingredients for Frosting
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 16 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
How to Make Nutty Carrot Cake
- Preheat oven to the 350 F.
- Grease & flour a 9-inch by 13-inch cake pan.
- Mix granulated sugar, eggs, brown sugar & canola oil.
- Slowly add milk until it well blended.
- Now, in a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon, flour, allspice, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine the moist & dry the ingredients and stir until it become smooth.
- Add the nuts and carrots and mix them well.
- Pour batter into the cake pan.
- Bake it in 350 F ovens for 50- 55 minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick.
- Cool the cake for 15-20 minutes & turn out onto a wire rack.
Directions for Frosting
- Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk. Blend them well.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Frost the top of your nutty carrot cake.
