Hello friends, welcome to Smooth Recipe. Today we are going to make Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti Carbonara.

This is one of my favorite supper dishes that are very quick and easy to make. I double it for the family of 8 members. We serve it all up and then add on the goodies which are left in the bottom of the bowl – there is always eggs and bacon left down there.

Ingredients for Making Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 1 chopped pound bacon
  • 4 well beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup of olive oil

How to Make Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. First of all, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. And then add pasta and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; and drain.
  2. In the meanwhile, place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. And cook over the medium high heat until evenly brown in color. Drain, reserving some of the drippings, crumble & set aside.
  3. After that scramble eggs in bacon drippings.
  4. In the end, place spaghetti in a large bowl. Pour in the olive oil, and mix it well; use enough to just moisten the spaghetti. Stir in the bacon, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Serve it immediately.
