  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 100 grams (sliced ​​lengthwise) bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make Pasta Carbonara

  4. Keep in mind that the mixture should be well stuck on every piece of pasta.
  5. Add salt and some pasta water. Mix quickly and remove from heat.
  6. The sauce should have a creamy texture. If you let the pasta remain on the flame for a short time, the creamy texture of the sauce will be gone.
  7. Our idea is to cook eggs with pasta, not to burn pasta. Then serve it with lots of black pepper and parmesan cheese.
