  • ½ cup of unsalted softened butter
  • ¾ cup of peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ¼ cups of semisweet chocolate chips

How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)and then grease the cookie sheets.
  2. First of all, in a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and the white sugar. Beat into the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and orange juice. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the already prepared cookie sheet. Cookies should be the 2 inches apart.
