Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse
Hello friends, welcome to Smooth recipe. Today we are going to make Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse.
This is a fluffy and light chocolate mousse with a wonderful raspberry sauce. Great layered mousse like a parfait then frozen. Some extra raspberry sauce can be spooned over the cakes or can serve with mousse.

Ingredients for making Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse
- 1 (10 ounce) package of frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur
- 1 ¾ cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- 6 ounces of chopped white chocolate
- 1 drop of red food coloring
How to Make Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse
- First of all, process the berries in a blender or food processor until it smooth. Strain the mixture into the small bowl & discard seeds. And then add the sugar & liqueur, and stir it until sugar dissolves. Make 1 cup of sauce.
- Now in a heavy saucepan on low heat flame, warm 1/4 cup of cream and white chocolate, stirring them constantly until chocolate melts. Let the mixture cool down until it is lukewarm. Stir in the 1 tablespoon of raspberry sauce & the food coloring. Transfer to the large bowl.
- After that, in a medium bowl, whip remaining the 1 1/2 cup cream to the soft peaks. Fold it into the melted chocolate mixture, one-third at a time, until no streaks remain.
- In the end, layer into the parfait dishes, and serve with sauce. You may also use to fill or ice a cake.
