Ingredients for Roasted Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 (2 pound) of spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Directions for making Roasted Spaghetti Squash

  1. First of all, preheat the oven to the 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. And then brush both sides of the squash with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place cut-side up in the baking pan. Cover tightly with the aluminum foil.
