Ingredients for making Sausage Rolls

  • 2 (9 inches) of frozen pie crusts, thawed and ready to be bake
  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard

How to Make Sausage Rolls

  • First of all, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and then lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Now place pie crust dough onto the flat surface. Spread them generously with the mustard. After that spread the 1/2 pound of the sausage onto each pie’s crust.
  • Now flatten the sausage down with the spatula. And then roll the pie crust mixture up like roll of jelly. Slice the roll into the 1/2-inches circular pieces.
  • In the end, bake for 20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.
