Hello friends, welcome to Smooth Recipe. Today we are going to make Seafood Chowder Soup.

This is a creamy chowder soup which is full of flavor. And, of course regular ingredients which can be finding in any kitchen may be used for those not watching their waistline.

Carrot Potato and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients for Making Seafood Chowder

  • 1 ½ cups of fat free milk
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 (26 ounce) can of fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • One (15.25 ounce) can of undrained whole kernel corn
  • 1 ½ cups of chopped potatoes
  • One cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • One (6.5 ounce) can of chopped clams
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ pound of shrimp
  • One (8 ounce) container of fat free cream cheese
  • ½ pound of bay scallops
  • ½ pound of crabmeat
  • One cup of chopped green onions
  • ½ pound of calamari tubes

How to Make Seafood Chowder

  1. First of all, place 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese, and garlic in the large pot over low heat. Cook & stir until it blended.
  2. And then mix in soup, corn with liquid, green onions, potatoes, parsley, carrots, and remaining milk. Season with the black pepper and cayenne pepper. Simmer 22-25 minutes. Do not boil.
  3. In the end, mix the crabmeat, shrimp, calamari, scallops, and clams, and continue cooking for about 10 minutes or until seafood is opaque.
