Ingredients for Making Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • One (16 ounce) can of chili beans, with liquid
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans with liquid
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of whole kernel corn, with liquid
  • One (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans of peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of diced green chile peppers
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package of taco seasoning mix

How to Make Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe

  1. First of all, in a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until it browned in color over medium heat. Drain, and then set aside.
  2. Now place the ground beef, water, chili beans, onion, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, green chile peppers and taco seasoning mix in a slow cooker. Mix them to blend, and cook on Low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
