Serve it with topped with shredded Cheddar cheese, corn chips, and a dollop of sour cream. You should make sure to adjust the amount of chili peppers if you are sensitive about spicy foods.

Ingredients for Slow Cooker Taco Soup

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • One chopped onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) can of chili beans, with liquid
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans with liquid
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of whole kernel corn, with liquid
  • 1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans of peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of diced green chili peppers
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package of taco seasoning mix

How to Make Slow Cooker Taco Soup

  1. First of all, in a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until it browned in color over medium heat. Then drain, and set aside.
  2. Now place the ground beef, chili beans, onion, kidney beans, tomato sauce, corn, water, green chili peppers diced tomatoes and taco seasoning mix in a slow cooker. After that mix to blend, and cook on Low setting for eight hours.
