For a smoothie that is only about 200 calories or less, follow our below written formula and use 1 cup fresh vegetables or fruit and/or cooked, frozen vegetables + 1 cup of fruit juice. Blueberries & grape juice are featured here.

Ingredients for Starter Smoothie

  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of grape juice
  • One banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • ½ cup of low-fat plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, or as per your taste

How to Make Starter Smoothie

  1. A very easy to make smoothie recipe, which requires the blended blueberries, grape juice, yogurt, banana, ice, and honey in the blender until it smooth, at least 3-4 minutes.
