Tiramisu Original Recipe

In this, a piece of sponge cake is dipped in the coffee and given a layer of flavored liqueur with whipped cream, egg yolk, mascarpone cheese, and cocoa.

Ingredients of Tiramisu Original Recipe
- 8-10 sponge cake grinds
- 300 grams Mascarpone Cheese
- Cream Cheese (Optional)
- 3 egg yolk
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream
- 200 grams of icing sugar
- 300 grams (optional) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp sweet rum
- 1 tbsp sugar
- For Mascarpone Cheese:
- 1-liter fresh cream
- 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
How to Make Tiramisu Original Recipe
- To prepare the mascarpone cheese, mix vinegar or lemon juice with fresh cream. Keep heating it until the cream becomes thick. After this, put it in a muslin cloth and hang it for two days.
- Now to make tiramisu, pour eggs in a large bowl. Then add icing sugar and whisk it well. Add the prepared mascarpone cheese from the top and mix and keep aside for five minutes.
- After this add whipped cream to it. In another bowl mix sweet rum, sugar, and espresso coffee. Now place the sponge cake pieces in a pot.
- Soak them in a coffee mixer. Apply mascarpone mixture on top and apply another layer of sponge cake. Soak the coffee mixture again.
- Layer the mascarpone cheese again. Dust the cocoa powder on top and keep it in the fridge for about half an hour. Serve Tiramisu after cooling.
