Ingredients for Making Vegan Brownies
- 2 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of white sugar
- ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- One cup of water
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
How to Make Vegan Brownies
- First of all preheat the oven to the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Now in a large bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Pour in the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla; mix until well blended. Spread evenly in the 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In the end, bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is no longer left shiny. Let cool it for at least 10-12 minutes before cutting into the squares shapes.
