A very delicious in taste, However, if you want these brownies a little bit more solid you will need to cook them for some longer than the recommended time. This is a great brownie for the peoples with allergies from egg or dairy products.

Ingredients for Making Vegan Brownies

  • 2 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • One cup of water
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to Make Vegan Brownies

  • First of all preheat the oven to the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Now in a large bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Pour in the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla; mix until well blended. Spread evenly in the 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In the end, bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is no longer left shiny. Let cool it for at least 10-12 minutes before cutting into the squares shapes.
