Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients for Vegetable Risotto Recipe

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups of boiled rice
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup red yellow green capsicum finely chopped
  • 5 cubes cheese grinded
  • 1 tablespoon carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/ 2 cup milk
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon white ground pepper powder

How to Make Vegetable Risotto

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add onion and cook until it turns pink.
  2. Now turn off the gas by mixing half a cup of cheese and take it out in a micro chef bowl
  3. And, now add all three capsicums, add carrot, add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Now add rice and mix, add milk and fresh cream and mix well
  5. Apply the rest from the top and bake in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Veg Risotto is ready.
