Ingredients for Vegetable Risotto Recipe
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups of boiled rice
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 cup red yellow green capsicum finely chopped
- 5 cubes cheese grinded
- 1 tablespoon carrot grated
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/ 2 cup milk
- Salt as per your taste
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon white ground pepper powder
How to Make Vegetable Risotto
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add onion and cook until it turns pink.
- Now turn off the gas by mixing half a cup of cheese and take it out in a micro chef bowl
- And, now add all three capsicums, add carrot, add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
- Now add rice and mix, add milk and fresh cream and mix well
- Apply the rest from the top and bake in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Veg Risotto is ready.
