Burrito is a delicious dish that can be served in any meal. Rice, beans, and capsicum are served by wrapping in a tortilla wrap.

Ingredients of a Vegetarian Burrito

To prepare Corn Tortilla

  • 200 gm corn flour
  • 300g multigrain flour
  • 5 grams of salt
  • Five grams Chili Flakes
  • 5 grams of oregano
  • Lukewarm water

For preparing capsicum mixer

  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 60 grams capsicum
  • 20 grams Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 grams of oregano
  • 2 grams of salt
  • Two tbsp tomato puree
  • 5 grams parsley, sliced

To prepare Mexican rice

  • 30 grams of rice (boiled)
  • 10 grams capsicum, sliced
  • 5 grams tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 olive
  • 3 alpino
  • 1 tsp peri-peri spice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste

Chicken Soup Recipe

To prepare refined beans

  • 15 ml tomato puree
  • 3 ml olive oil
  • 2 grams of oregano
  • 5 grams Mexican Spice Mix
  • 100 grams Coriander Powder
  • 100 grams Cumin Powder
  • 60 grams red chili powder, roasted

How to Make Vegetarian Burrito

  1. To make a tortilla base, knead it well by mixing all the above-mentioned ingredients.
  2. Now prepare a capsicum mixer. Mix and fry all its ingredients on high heat.
  3. Give seasoning on top and add tomato puree. Cook it well and use chopped parsley for garnishing and keep it aside.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients to prepare Mexican rice.
  5. Give the peri-peri spice and oregano seizing from above. Put olive oil in a fry pan and heat it. Refresh the beans in it. Then add tomato puree and cook the mixture.
  6. Then add Mexican spice and oregano. And, then add beans puree and cook on low flame for 15 minutes on low heat. Now take a tortilla base. Apply mayonnaise or yogurt on it.
  7. Then place chopped lettuce, fried beans, capsicum mixer, and rice. After that add Mexican salsa and roll the tortilla. Grill well and serve.
