Fresh carrots, celery, cream, and cheese are prepared in between the zucchini pieces. Also, the herb enhances its taste even more. Green and yellow zucchini are used to make it.

Ingredients of Zucchini Cream Cheese Rolls

  • 1 medium green zucchini (cut lengthwise)
  • Yellow zucchini (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to grill)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp celery, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • Parsley leaves (for garnishing)

How to make Zucchini Cream Cheese Rolls

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick grilling pan. Keep the pieces of zucchini in it.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  3. Grill until the zucchini becomes soft.
  4. Now mix the cream cheese, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper.
  5. Then add chopped basil leaves.
  6. Place the grilled zucchini pieces on a plate.
  7. Put the cream cheese mixture on one side and roll the zucchini.
  8. Garnish with parsley on each roll and serve.
