Hello friends, welcome to Smooth Recipe. Today we are going to make Zucchini Bread.

This is one of the best zucchini bread I have ever made. I have some other recipes, but this is one of the best! Thanks to my lovely mother for this zucchini bread recipe.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  1. First of all, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). And then grease and flour two 8×4 inches loaf pans.
  2. Now, in a large bowl, beat the eggs until it become light and frothy. And then mix in the oil and sugar. After that, stir in zucchini & vanilla. Combine the flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, baking powder, and nuts; stir into the mixture of eggs. Divide the batter into the already prepared pans.
  3. In the end, bake for 60- 70 minutes, or until it done.
