  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams zucchini, sliced
  • 300 grams Maida
  • One tablespoon (crushed) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • One tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 grams Walnuts, sliced

How To Make Zucchini Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 degrees Celsius. Apply ghee on two tin boxes.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, and sugar in a large bowl. Beat until light.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Put this mixture in a tin box in the center of the oven, bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove and serve.
