Zucchini Parmigiana Ingredients

  • A zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Two teaspoons (finely chopped) garlic
  • Three to four (cooked and finely chopped) tomatoes
  • 10-12 basil leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • One or two dry red chilies
  • A glass of water
  • 100 grams ricotta cheese
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zucchini Parmigiana Recipe

  1. Put a big spoon of oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add zucchini and fry it from both sides, add some salt and fry it on high flame for two to three minutes.
  3. When the zucchini becomes light brown, take them off the flame.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in another pan, fry the garlic lightly.
  5. Add enough water to it so that it does not dry. Cook it until it is in the form of sauce, layer the zucchini, ricotta, and sauce one by one on a plate.
  6. Preheat the oven. Bake the mixture at 200 degrees for seven to eight minutes.
  7. Garnish the basil leaves from above and serves the zucchini and parmigiana dish.
